Dear employees, dear business partners,
The outlined development strategy of the joint-stock company ZPA Nová Paka puts the main emphasis on maximum satisfaction of customers and increasing prosperity of the company.
We can only achieve it by adapting to new market requirements in strongly competitive environment, meeting requirements of new legal and technical regulations of legislation of the European Community adopted to our legislation and also by the highest quality of all performed activities, continuous improvement and learning customer needs.
Herewith we complete the Quality Policy declared in 2003 with legislative regulations, which became valid by the membership of the Czech Republic in the European Community. Each of the employees of the company shall not only know this document but, in particular, become fully identified with it. It is the only way how to defend our position in the new market conditions in the world and offer products of highest quality and applied value to you, dear customers.
Should any worker not identify themselves with the accepted Quality Policy, they act against the interests of the company and lose the right to work in the joint-stock company.

Quality Policy of ZPA Nová Paka, a.s.
* Full knowledge and satisfaction of customer needs with products and services of high applied value resulting from first-class quality are the basic objective of the company and a prerequisite of its further development.
* The customer is the focal point of the company. Complete satisfaction of their needs is alpha and omega of all our efforts. We know client needs and we are prepared to respond flexibly to possible changes. Building quality long-term relationships with the client is in the forefront of our interests.
* We are a supplier that is able to deliver not only standard products but also ensure production of unique customer-tailored products with high applied value. The services provided to clients by us greatly exceed the common standard. Therefore, we belong to the suppliers that are not the cheapest but provide the highest value.
* All products offered to our customers comply with applicable legal regulations, technical regulations, advertised technical parameters and requirements of the purchase order.
* The company management accepts the commitment that all marketed products meet the requirements of the Act 22/1997 Coll., as amended, and follow-up governmental decrees No. 17/2003 Coll., 18/2003 Coll., 23/2003 Coll. and 26/2003 Coll. in compliance with regulations of the European Parliament and the Council concerning the requirements for electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, safety in case of application in explosive environment and application of the products as pressure equipment.
* Measures were taken to ensure compliance of all marketed products with technical documentation, basic requirements of governmental regulations and the type described in the EC-Type Examination Certificate.
* The basic condition for high technical level and reliability of our products is the capability of suppliers with respect to quality.
* Goodwill of the company and its successes are created by suitably motivated employees who are proud of belongness to the company. Qualified, trained, well informed and adequately motivated employee with a loyal relationship to the company forms the basic riches of this company.
* Functional system of management, creative and team work, trustworthy and efficient management on all levels represent the basic principle in the area of management.
* Continuous improvement and increasing efficiency of all activities are the main principle of all workers of the company.
